I almost thought Oasis might be an actual oasis, but when the faucet was broken in my room, I waited an HOUR for them to give me a claustrophobic room with no windows. How disappointing. Breakfast was wonderful, but the staff were too pushy, like they were expecting a tip or something. I just couldn’t leave a good review.

On one occasion, I needed an upgraded room due to the darkness of my original one, and the manager quickly facilitated this. However, the hotel lacks a lift, which made it challenging for my elderly family members as we were on the fourth floor. Despite this inconvenience, the staff’s responsiveness made a positive lasting impression.

The comfortable rooms were a cozy escape after our adventures. The bustling area felt like an oasis, with lovely greenery surrounding us. Our dogs were welcomed, and we appreciated the joyous music that set a wonderful tone each morning.
